All of this internal talk has little, if anything to do with you, so take a break from the paranoia. Assuming the worst is not a good way to avoid disappointment -- but it is a very good way to get yourself all worked up over nothing! So just chill out and save the worrying for when you actually have something to worry about.

I totally screwed myself up today.
History keeps repeating itself; though it has been like 2 years.
