red house should hav gotten the overall cross country champion.

had to do pd for tis yr's x-country.
AGAIN.
at checkpt 9 wif shermain, ruth and mdm zelda.
everything was ok.
thank god tat e weather was SO FINE.
the whole stretch of pavement where we did our pd was shady.
NO SUN AT ALL!
we were all sitting on the ground before the race started.
quite bored and chatted around.
aft tat, ENG SEN came.
he was B' boys first!!
SUPER FAST!! lol.
we all den stood up and cheered.
super HIGH aft tat.
beginning to cheer for almost everyone.
"finishing soon" "jia you" "go go go" LOL.
B' boys all top 5 were RED HOUSE!!
so happy..
they even completed the race before B' girls started!

next,
is B' girls.
ANGELA GOT 7th!!
argh. expected her to get 5th but she stopped at the last bit.
well well..
i treated her to KFC as promised. >.<
1st is shi mei, BROWN HOUSE.
2nd is serene, RED HOUSE!
3rd is shinyun, RED HOUSE!
4th is jasmine, RED HOUSE!
5th is beetsma, GREEN HOUSE.
6th is lanlan, RED HOUSE!
7th is angela, RED HOUSE!
can you see, 5 out of 7 were reds!!
very good.
as expected B' boys & girls got the divisional champs! ((:

however,
C' boys and girls PULLED US DOWN, DAMN LOT.
only 2 were in top 20 for C' girls!!

C' boys only a handful..
but they got divisional runner-up.
AND THE OVERALL CHAMPION IS ACTUALLY GREEN HOUSE!

we should hav gotten 1st AND 2nd for the B' both division.
but the 'rule' is, since you hav gotten first, you cant get any runner-ups.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
so sadded lo.
the lower sec actually pulled us down.
mayb last yr was the ONLY GLORY YEARS FOR RED HOUSE.

aft this, we all went seoul garden.
cindy, gekhiang, huili, jessica, jingshi, joozhi, katherine, khaiting, wensee and me.
it was damn filing and i almost puked. >.<
so full and bloated aft tat..
I GAINED AT LEAST 0.5KG! haha.
luckily not too much. LOL.
den we shopped around before going to civic library.

me and katherine went straight to the reference section.
searched for "THE RAPE OF NANKING".
found one book by iris chang.
read the events which took place..
actually not all japanese soldiers were to b blamed.
they felt guilty aft this.
and in the first place, they were trained to fight mercilessly.
if the general (forget the name) wasnt sick before the conquer of nanking,
the prince (forget the name) wouldnt hav replaced him & allowed the rape and killing.
there was a law in japan which states:
the soldiers are not allowed to rape or have sex with the enemy's women.
but tat STUPID prince-cum-general overruled this.
